1. Service: We provide API and console access to video generation models. Generation is performed by third-party upstream model providers. We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee upstream availability or output quality.

2. Account: Register with a valid email address and keep your account, password and API keys secure. Any use through your account or API keys is treated as your own.

3. Acceptable use: You must not use the service to create or distribute unlawful content, including political or nationally sensitive content, violent or terrorist content, sexual content, or content that infringes others' likeness, copyright or privacy. We moderate prompts and assets, block violating content, and may suspend or close accounts for serious violations.

4. Real-person assets: Before uploading assets that show a real person, you must have that person's explicit consent and complete our authorization process.

5. Quota and billing: Quota is denominated in the site's billing currency and charged per task result. Quota that has been topped up or granted cannot be withdrawn or transferred. Crypto top-ups are also subject to the Top-up Terms.

6. Generated content: Subject to these terms and the upstream providers' terms, you may use the content you generate. Results are kept for 7 days by default; please download them in time.

7. Changes and suspension: We may change models, prices or features and will announce changes on the site in advance. If you breach these terms, we may limit or terminate the service.

8. Limitation of liability: To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you actually paid in the preceding 3 months.

9. Updates: When these terms change, the new version is published on this page. Continuing to use the service means you accept the updated terms.
