1. Information we collect: your email address; IP address and browser information when you sign in or call the API; the prompts you submit, the assets you upload and the results generated; call records and the quota ledger; on-chain addresses and transaction details for crypto top-ups. We do not collect bank card information.

2. How we use it: to provide and bill the service, keep accounts secure (including two-factor authentication and detecting unusual sign-ins), moderate content, handle claims and support, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information or use it for advertising.

3. Third-party processors: To provide the service, necessary data is processed by Cloudflare (website and email delivery), Alibaba Cloud (servers, database and file storage in Hong Kong; content moderation in Singapore), and upstream video model providers (processing prompts and assets to generate videos). These processors may only process data on our instructions.

4. International transfers: This processing may take place outside your country or region; we apply reasonable safeguards.

5. Retention: generated results 7 days; call details 90 days; assets are removed after you delete them; the quota ledger and audit records at least 1 year; account information for as long as the account exists.

6. Security: data is encrypted in transit, sensitive credentials are encrypted at rest, and the admin console requires two-factor authentication.

7. Your rights: you can view and delete your assets and change your password and two-factor settings in the console. You can also contact us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or close your account (except records we must keep by law).

8. Cookies: we only use the session cookies needed to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

9. Updates: when this policy changes, the new version is published on this page.
