Result retention

Signed URL lifetime and result retention period.

result.video_url is a short-lived signed URL (valid for at most 1 hour, and never beyond retained_until) that expires at url_expires_at. After it expires, fetch the task again to get a fresh URL.
If your account is set to return the upstream URL, video_url is the upstream address, which expires 24 hours after generation completes; after that, fetching the task returns a platform URL instead.
Result files are kept until retained_until (7 days after generation by default). After that, result_expired is true and the file can no longer be downloaded, so copy results to your own storage promptly.
Uploaded assets are kept until you delete them. Deletion is permanent.
Task records and quota transactions are kept long-term for reconciliation; request logs are kept for 90 days.
